The short version: Running Low has no accounts and no server. The items, suppliers and orders you enter are stored on your phone and are not sent to us.

What the app stores on your phone

Your business name, phone number and email, which you enter in Settings.
Items, storage areas and suppliers, including supplier names, contact names, phone numbers, emails and account numbers you choose to add.
Your order lists, placed status and last-ordered dates.

This information stays on your device. It may be included in your phone's own backups (iCloud or Google) depending on your device settings; those backups are governed by Apple's or Google's policies, not ours.

What we receive

We do not receive the contents of your lists, your supplier details or your orders.

Purchases. Running Low Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive sales reports from them that do not include your payment details.
App store analytics. If you allow it in your phone's settings, Apple or Google may share anonymous, aggregated usage and crash data with developers. We use it only to fix problems and improve the app.

When you send something

When you copy an order, email it, save a ticket image or share a .lowlist file, you choose where it goes and which app sends it (for example Messages, Mail or AirDrop). That content goes from your phone to the people you choose. We don't see it.

Deleting your data

Delete items or suppliers in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone, except copies in your device backups or files you shared.

Children

Running Low is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

This website

This site has no accounts, forms, cookies or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider Cloudflare may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security. Fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser doesn't contact any other company to show it.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
